Tier 1

  • One (1) yearly maintenance of your HVAC equipment (managed and scheduled by us)

  • 24/7/365 emergency repair service for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning equipment

  • 10% discount on all repairs, replacements, and installations

  • Guaranteed temporary heat offered in circumstances where our technicians are unable to make a same day repair to your systems

Tier 2

  • Two (2) yearly maintanences of your HVAC equipment (managed and scheduled by us)

  • 24/7/365 emergency repair service for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning equipment

  • 10% discount on all repairs , replacements, and installations

  • Guaranteed temporary heat/air conditioning offered in circumstances where our technicians are unable to make a same-day repair to your systems

Tier 3

  • Two (2) yearly 

    maintenances of your HVAC equipment (managed and scheduled by us)
  • One (1) monthly visit to check functionality and condition of systems (includes any maintenance found to be needed prior to the next scheduled maintenance)
  • 24/7/365 emergency repair service for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning  equipment
  • 10% discount on all repairs, replacements, and installations
  • Guaranteed temporary heat/air conditioning offered in circumstances where our technicians are unable to make a same-day repair to your systems
  • Direct contact with both Installation and Service managers for feedback and requests outside normal scheduling
  • Option to divide yearly agreement billing into even interest free monthly payments
