One (1) monthly visit to check functionality and condition of systems (includes any maintenance found to be needed prior to the next scheduled maintenance)
24/7/365 emergency repair service for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning equipment

Direct contact with both Installation and Service managers for feedback and requests outside normal scheduling
